      Last time I played, it was fairly easy and smooth to put the hentai patch in its file path and a few restarts.
      The hentai patch probably goes in android/data/com.(game name) after extracting the zip file.
      And you need to do it before you start playing it or saving the game. Because a save made before applying the patch can cause problems.
